Our home services division emerged from the union of two prominent area companies: Phil’s Heating and Air Conditioning and Sportsman’s Plumbing Heating and Air. With Phil’s illustrious history dating back to 1986 and Sportsman’s dating back to 2010, Schroeder’s brings nearly 50 years of combined area experience.
In 2024, our new local leadership team took the helm with a clear vision: build a unified brand that gives Brainerd Lakes one trusted team for every home service need — plumbing, HVAC, water quality, and more.
Now, under owner Mike Kuck, the entire Schroeder’s team is here to serve the homes, cabins, and businesses of Central Minnesota’s beloved lakes area.
